At New Zealand Souvenirs & Gifts, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your memento isn't quite right, you can return or exchange most items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Contact Support

  Email our customer service team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization Number.

• 2.
  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place the unused items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags and certificates of authenticity are included.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Print the provided return shipping label and securely attach it to the outside of your parcel, covering any previous postage markings.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our Auckland warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship your replacement item.
